Services I offer
Below you’ll find an overview of the support I offer. My work is centred around supporting the
whole family during the transition into life with a baby, including parents, partners,
grandparents, and other loved ones who play an important role in a family’s support network.
You’re welcome to choose any combination of support to create a bespoke package that
feels right for your family. Whether you’re a new parent looking for practical and emotional
support, or a loved one wanting to understand how best to offer help, I’m here to guide,
reassure, and support you.
These services reflect the core areas of support I provide. If there’s something specific you
need help with, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to talk things through
and let you know whether it’s within my scope of support.

Practical Postnatal Support
Creating a calmer, more supported environment for the whole family.
● Helping with light household tasks such as tidying, resetting spaces, laundry, anddishes, allowing parents to focus on recovery and bonding with their baby
● Planning and/or preparing nourishing meals and snacks, helping families stay fedand supported during busy days
● Holding or wearing a baby while parents rest, shower, eat, or take a moment forthemselves
● Supporting siblings through the transition of welcoming a new baby, including schoolor nursery routines and busy mornings or evenings
● Being present during the often-challenging “witching hour”, offering calm reassurance and practical support when things feel intense
● Helping families “protect the peace” by supporting parents with boundaries aroundvisitors, advice, and expectations
● Accompanying parents or loved ones to appointments, baby groups, or feedingsupport groups, so they don’t have to navigate these experiences alone
● Supporting grandparents, family members, and friends in understanding how theycan offer practical help that genuinely supports new parents
Emotional Support & Postnatal Wellbeing
A safe, non-judgemental space for parents and loved ones as everyone adjusts to this huge life transition.
● Holding space to talk, reflect, cry, vent, and process experiences without judgement or pressure
● Supporting parents to gently process and make sense of their birth experience, in their own time and in their own words
● Normalising the profound changes of matrescence and patrescence, including shifts in identity, relationships, emotions, and sense of self
● Recognising that partners, grandparents, and loved ones may also experience their own emotional transition and adjustment
● Supporting conversations between family members, helping everyone feel heard, respected, and understood
● Sharing trusted information and resources around postnatal mental health, and gently signposting to further support when needed
● Helping parents build confidence in themselves and their parenting choices
● Helping loved ones understand what new parents may need emotionally, rather than unintentionally adding pressure



Infant Care
Supporting families to feel confident, connected, and reassured in caring for their baby.
● Encouraging responsive, attachment-focused caregiving, focusing on connection, cues, and understanding your baby’s needs
● Supporting parents and loved ones to recognise and respond to baby’s cues with confidence
● Offering non-judgemental guidance around infant care and everyday newborn life
● Helping families understand newborn sleep in a gentle, realistic way (without sleep training)
● Sharing practical guidance for life with a newborn — from nappies and bathing to settling and those early days at home
● Supporting feeding-led, flexible rhythms rather than rigid schedules
● Helping grandparents and other caregivers feel confident caring for a baby while respecting the parents’ choices and preferences
Infant Feeding Support
Supporting families through the many different ways babies are fed.
● Breastfeeding reassurance and practical support, including positioning and comfort
● Support with combination feeding, helping families find what feels right for them
● Support with responsive bottle-feeding, so feeding feels calm, connected, and nurturing
● Supporting partners and loved ones in understanding how they can be involved in feeding and bonding
● Holding space for the emotional side of feeding journeys, including grief, uncertainty, challenges, or mixed feelings
● Helping families navigate feeding decisions without pressure or judgement


Education, Preparation & Signposting
Helping families feel informed, prepared, and less overwhelmed.
● Supporting families in understanding recovery after birth, whether after a vaginal birth, caesarean section, or any other birth experience
● Encouraging realistic rest and self-care practices, including gentle stretching, breathing, pelvic floor awareness, journaling, and moments of connection
● Signposting to trusted wellbeing support such as postnatal yoga, massage, or other local services when appropriate
● Connecting families with local and online support groups, so they don’t have to navigate this transition alone
● Helping parents and loved ones understand what is normal in the early weeks and months after birth
● Sharing evidence-informed information about infant sleep, feeding, development, and recovery without pressure or rigid expectations
● Supporting families with multiples, premature babies, or NICU journeys
● Helping families filter through conflicting advice, reduce overwhelm, and focus on what feels right for them
● Offering dedicated sessions for grandparents, partners, and loved ones who want to better understand how to support a new family with confidence, respect, and
compassion
Packages
Gentle Beginnings Package
£150
A gentle introduction to postnatal support, perfect for families who would like some extra help and reassurance during the early weeks after birth.
This package includes:
● A free discovery chat (phone, WhatsApp or email) to discuss your needs and make
sure we’re the right fit
● A personalised questionnaire to understand your family, preferences and priorities
● 2x 3-hour in-home postnatal doula visits
● Tailored emotional, practical and informational support during each visit
● Personalised resources and signposting where appropriate
● Between-visit WhatsApp support throughout your package
● One week of WhatsApp support after our final session
WhatsApp support is available between 7am and 10pm for messages and voice notes.
While I aim to respond as soon as I can, this support is not intended for urgent or emergency situations.


Nurtured Fourth Trimester Package
£400
A longer period of ongoing postnatal doula support, providing consistent care throughout the important first weeks after birth.
Having someone regularly in your corner can make a huge difference during the fourth trimester. Whether you’re recovering from birth, navigating feeding, adjusting to your new identity as a parent, or simply needing practical support while caring for your baby.
This package includes:
● A free discovery chat (phone, WhatsApp or email) to discuss your family’s needs
● A personalised questionnaire and preparation before support begins
● 6x 3-hour in-home postnatal doula visits (one visit per week for 6 weeks)
● Ongoing emotional, practical and informational support
● Support tailored around your family’s priorities and circumstances
● Personalised resources and signposting where appropriate
● Between-visit WhatsApp support throughout our six weeks together
● One week of WhatsApp support after our final session
WhatsApp support is available between 7am and 10pm for messages and voice notes.
While I aim to respond as soon as I can, this support is not intended for urgent or emergency
situations.
